Terms of Delivery and Returns
The legislation of the Republic of Latvia requires that the owner of an online store must outline the terms of delivery, returns, and the right of withdrawal. This is called a Distance Contract (Cabinet of Ministers Regulations).
Distance Contract
The seller of the goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, enter into the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer according to the Buyer’s order.
Delivery and Payment Terms
1.1. The online store delivers goods only within the territory of Latvia and abroad.
1.2. Delivery is carried out using courier services or parcel lockers (Omniva, DPD, LP).
1.3. Delivery costs are calculated automatically at the time of order placement.
1.4. Goods are delivered within 3-7 working days after payment confirmation. In-stock orders are shipped within 1 business day.
1.5. If the order contains personalized items, the delivery time may extend to 10 working days.
1.6. The customer is required to inspect the goods upon receipt and report any possible damage within 24 hours.
Right of Withdrawal
2.1. The customer has the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
2.2. Personalized items (with custom prints, personalized text, etc.) cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
2.3. The customer covers return costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect delivery.
2.4. If the item is damaged or delivered incorrectly, the online store covers the return costs and ensures the shipment of a new item or a refund.
2.5. Refunds are made within 14 days from the moment the returned item is received.
3.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason by sending a notice to the online store’s email.
3.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalized items;

Items that have lost their value due to usage;

Items damaged due to the customer’s fault.
3.3. Returned items must be undamaged and in their original packaging.
3.4. A refund for the returned item is processed within 14 days from the moment the item is received.
Liability for Item Condition
According to Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period." The Seller reserves the right to deny the Buyer the use of the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee if the item is damaged due to careless handling, failure to follow instructions, the original packaging is lost, or the packaging is significantly damaged.

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided will be used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer’s order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of Latvian law.
